About 414

— the why
01 Why should you donate to 414? expand_more

By donating your pre-loved art supplies to 414 Art Revival, you’re helping others in your community explore their creativity at a fraction of the normal cost. On top of that, you’re helping the earth by giving a second life to materials that may otherwise end up in a landfill.

02 How do you keep prices so affordable? expand_more

We source our products through the generosity of the community. Being donation-based means we can price our supplies at a very low cost.

03 How does 414 support local artists? expand_more

Not only are we providing affordable craft supplies, but we are also supporting our creative community through classes and workshops where people can share their talents and learn new skills. In addition, each month, we will also feature a local artist, showcasing their work in our store and on our website.

04 Are you a nonprofit? expand_more

We’re a local, for-profit small business, not a 501(c)(3) charity. That said, community comes first for us. We keep supplies affordable by reselling donated materials, and every donor gets 15% off. Because we’re not a registered charity, supply drop-offs aren’t tax-deductible.

Visiting & Practicalities

— the how
05 When are you open? expand_more

We’re on a short pause right now, so the shop is closed for a little while. It’s temporary! When we reopen soon, regular hours will be back: Wednesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

06 What can I donate, and when? expand_more

A list of items we do and don’t accept is on our Donation Process page. Donation drop-offs are on a short pause right now and will start up again when we reopen soon. In the meantime, feel free to set things aside for us. See the full donation list →

07 How do I sign up for a workshop or apply for a popup? expand_more

08 Are you wheelchair accessible? Kid-friendly? expand_more

Yes! Our store is accessible right off the sidewalk with no steps. Our doorway is 32 inches wide, which meets the standard width for wheelchair access. The store is absolutely kid friendly with adult supervision.

Whatever the question, just ask.
