Our Story

Two partners, one creative haven in Milwaukee.

Julianna and Nate have been partners in life for years before they were business partners. They met in their home city of Saint Louis, MO fresh out of high school and haven’t left each other’s side since. They relocated to Milwaukee about 2 years ago in search of a new home and were immediately drawn to the sense of community and history that can be felt walking down the city streets.

Julianna comes from a family of artists and entrepreneurs — her mother actually owns the original iteration of Art Revival in Alton, IL. She has been a nail artist for the last 5 years and loves connecting with people through their creative expression. She’s also been a lifelong thrifter and knows there is no better feeling than finding that special gem and getting it for a steal.

Nate graduated from college in 2023 with a degree in English; however, his career goals have always been focused on social change. His biggest motivations in creating this space are sustainability and accessibility. Now he’s able to turn old supplies new, and give creatives access to great materials at affordable prices.

Their mix of backgrounds and passions was the perfect combination to create a space like 414 Art Revival. Together, they are working to mold this store into a haven for creatives — to break down barriers of entry and help the planet by giving art supplies a second life.
