Site content and intellectual property
The Site’s content, including text, photos, logos, page designs, and images of artwork, belongs to 414 Art Revival or to the contributing artists. Artwork shown on the Site remains the property of the artist who created it. You may view the Site and share links to it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, or make commercial use of artwork images or other Site content without written permission from us or from the artist. Newsletter and things you send us
When you sign up for our newsletter, you agree to receive it, and you can unsubscribe at any time. When you contact us or apply to work with us, you agree that the information you send is accurate and that we may use it to respond to you and to consider your application. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Events, tickets, and third-party services
Event tickets and registrations are handled by Eventbrite on eventbrite.com under Eventbrite’s own terms and policies. We do not process payments on this Site. The Site also links to third-party sites and services, such as artists’ own websites and social media. We are not responsible for third-party sites, their content, or their practices.
Event photography
Our events may be photographed or recorded, and photos may appear on this Site and in our promotional materials. If a photo includes you and you would like it removed, email us and we will take it down.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for anything unlawful, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or scrape or harvest content or data from it. Automated traffic that abuses the Site may be blocked.
Age
The Site is intended for visitors 13 and older. If you are under 13, please do not submit personal information through the Site.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 414 ART REVIVAL AND ITS STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, or in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
Changes to these Terms

General
